Eveline Bludworth (Bloodworth) Madden

18 March 1826 - 17 April 1888

 

In the 1860 census my great-great grandparents, Dr. James Frederic and Eveline Bludworth (Bloodworth) Madden were listed as living in Saluria, Texas on Matagorda Island Calhoun County with their six children. Their children were: M. E. 14, James Henry 13, William Hanna 10, Franklin P. 6, I.F. 5, Flavilla E. 3 and Vandorm Totoon Beauregard (Not yet born - 1878).


Mary Elizabeth

B - Sept. 1845 in Rapides Parish, LA
D - 23 Dec. 1926 in Cuero, TX

She married Thaddius Allen Bunker 17 August 1865 in Jackson County, TX. She was buried on 24 December 1926 in Hillside Cemetery, Cuero, Texas.


James Henry

B - 20 Dec. 1846 D - 11 Dec. 1935

William "Willie" Hanna

B -15 Jun. 1849 D - 12 Nov. 1938

Franklin "Frank" Pierce

B - 1855 in Louisiana
D - 20 Jan. 1921

Listed in both 1860 and 1870 census as living with parents.


Flavilla Eveline

B - 9 April 1858 Rapides Parish, LA
D - 18 August 1942 in Rockport, TX

She is listed in 1860, 1870 & 1880 census as living with parents. She married George A. Brundrett Jr. in 27 Feb. 1884 in Aransas County, TX. He was born 28 Jan. 1836 in Detroit, Michigan. He died 9 October 1920 in Rockport, TX. Flavilla is buried in the Rockport Cemetery beside her husband.


Vandorm Totoon Beauregard

B - 1862 on Matagorda Island
D - ?

Listed in 1870 & 1880 census as living with parents. Listed as a Canvassing Agent in Jackson County, Texas on June 14, 1880 at 18 years old.
