Santa Fe Fire Department ceremony for those who lost their lives in New York on 9/11
Went to the Bill & Bonnie Hearne tribute at the Lensic Theater on August 30
Just returned from a couple of days in Cimarron and Taos on August 24th. Stayed in the old St. James Hotel in Cimarron and Susan and I enjoyed dancing to the Rifters. Visited the Aztec Mill Museum and the Philmont Scout Museums as well.

We saw three plays at the Creede Repetory Theater: "Ripcord", "Peter and the Starcatcher" and "Little Shop of Horrors." Lots of water running in the upper Rio Grande.

This year the apricots are beautiful and plentiful! Eating them fresh or preserving them by drying and freezing them for later use in preserves, etc.

This year was a great spring for gardening in Santa Fe. It snowed and rained more than ever making the ground extra wet and enabling all of the plants to grow more than they have in the last several years. Lots of blooms.
We even had some interesting animals coming to our bird feeder. Take a look at others that have been around in the past.
